How to track your order?
You can follow the progress of your order by going to Walmart.com or using the shipping confirmation email.
As soon as your package ships, we give you an email with a tracking link that you can use at any time to check on its status.
To track your order in the Walmart app:
Open the Walmart app
Select Purchase History.
Scroll to the order you want to track and select Track Shipment.
To track your order on Walmart.com:
On Walmart.com, select Account
Select Purchase history.
If you're logged in to your account, scroll to the order you want to track and select Track Shipment. If you're not logged in or are tracking a guest order, select the link to track.
What's the return method?
To return products, there are four options. When you submit your return, the options available for an item are displayed:
Time frame for pickup: Set a date and location for FedEx to pick up the package. Print the provided label.
Return to a Walmart location: To return your item to the store, either print the barcode that appears on the screen or bring your return email with you.
Mailing a return: Print off the return label from the screen, affix it to your shipment, and drop it off at FedEx or USPS.
Deliveries at FedEx locations: Print the return label that appears on the screen, affix it to your shipment, and drop it off at FedEx with the package.
